Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, N.Z)
This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with a fruit salad bowl of slavors including ripe gooseberry, passion fruit, fresh citrus lime and exotic herbaceous aromas. Nepenthe Sauvignon Blanc (Adelaide Hills, S.A)
Floral notes of lemon blossom mingle with tropical characters of passionfruit and gooseberry with a touch of lime and herbaceous notes. Fresh and powerful, with varietal favours of guava and melon balanced by notes of green capsicum. The full-favoured palate is supported by citrus-fresh acidity that leads to a zesty, crisp finish.
Waipara Hills Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, N.Z)
Ripe and rich, with lifted tropical notes along with fresh herbaceousness. A beautifully generous palate, with crisp acidity and a long finish. Once again tropical flavors combined with nettles and capsicum characters to give crispness and structure.

Blue Pyrenees Chardonnay (Pyrenees Region, VIC)
Grapefruit, toasty French oak and doughy yeast dominate the aromas. Yeast flavors feature strongly on the palate, neatly interwoven with the less obvious cedary French oak andthe refreshing grapefruit and minerally finish which extends the flavor length and makes a crisp dry style with lingering fruitiness.
My Frog Chardonnay (Yarra Valley, VIC)
Aromas of peach and nashi pear derived from the freshness of Chardonnay, combine with the daintiest expressions of cashew and butter from the tasteful handling and supple oak treatment. Creamy, toasty and nutty oak complement the underlying cool climate fruit of citrus peach and nectarine. Pure chardonnay fruit complexity of white peach and melon warm notes and a fresh lively acidity.
O'Leary Walker Watervale Riesling (calre Valley, S.A)
The Watervale Riesling is yet again showing great colour and character despite the challenges of the 2007 season. Pale straw in colour with a slight green tinge, this wine displays great purity of lime, lemon and citrus fruits. The palate is fine, yet intensely limey and long with a clean, crisp, naturally acidic finish and balance.
Castello Del Poggio Moscato d'Asti
Intense and very invitng, with delicate scents of underbrush, musk and peaches. Sweet but not at all cloying; well-balanced and with an extremely refined fruitiness.
Red Wines
Pondalowi Shiraz (Bendigo, VIC)
Unmistakable mint and eucalypt. Some twangy red fruits and gentle spice lurk beyond, in the mouth it's built on charming ripe, fine tannins, finishing with ripe blackberry flavor and some thicker, doughy chew through the back.
Devils Corner Pinot Noir (Tamar Ridge, TAS)
Rich, spicy plum fruit aromas with hints of black cherry and strawberry and an underlying touch of savory. Mouth filling fruit with ripe plum and cherry flavors and hints of spicy and savory complexity. This wine is made as a lighter bodied style but there is no shortage of falvor backed up with fine, silky tannins and a long supple finish.
Irvine Spring Hill Merlot (Barossa Valley, S.A)
Purple red colour. Coffee bean, green olive over plum and dark chocolate bouquet. Rounded palate, big, soft tannins with magnificent fruit in the middle. All the style to age beautifully, a flowing plummy bouquet with red cherry, plum and ripe raspberry flavours.
White Box Shiraz (Heathcote, VIC)
Shows intense aromas of plums violets and cherries. The lush palate with flavors of blueberry, chocolate, leather and licorice is supported by spicy French oak, continuing into a length aftertaste; an intense and concentrated wine.
Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz (Padthaway, S.A)

Kirrhill Cabernet Sauvignon (Clare Valley, S.A)
This wine shows the classic Clare Valley cabernet Sauvignon characters, of Blackcurrant and crushed violets on the nose with enticing cedary notes from the oak. The palate is chock-full of sweet berry and plum fruit flavors with well intergrated oak framed by elegant tannins.
Knappstein Cabernet Merlot (Clare Valley, S.A)
Knappstein Cabernet Merlot displays ripe Blackcurrant and Blackberry fruit aromas with subtle Clare eucalypt/min. The Palate shows persistent, rich blackcurrant flavours balanced by the wine's fine tannins and lovely acid structure.
Sparkling Wines
Chandon Vintage Brut (Yarra Valley, Vic)
Fresh green melon, nectarine and ripe citrus combine with complex aromas of cracked wheat, smoky roasted almonds and freshly baked croissants. Nutty, baked bread characters evolved during yeast ageing in bottle complement the primary Chardonnay characters of citrus and melon whilst the savoury pinot characters extend into a creamy and rich nutty middle palate.
Taltarni Brut Tache (Pyrenees Region, VIC)
Despite its youth, this is a lovely glass of bubbles, with straw, berb and nettle aromas coupled with a strawberry threat that runs through the palate. It's soft, rich, dry and savoury in the mouth, with virtality, lightness and a clean and well balanced finish.
Redbank Emily (Pyrenees Region, VIC)
A fresh, elegant sparkling wine crafted from the classic blend of chardonnay and pinot noir sourced from selected vineyards.
